Hi, I'm Tara Flynn! Founder of Finding Flow Yoga—where movement meets meaning. I hold space for healing, growth, and self-discovery through a yoga practice that blends intuitive movement, breathwork, and affirmation. My teaching is rooted in the ancient traditions of Indian yogic philosophy, drawing on classical texts and teachings. I also integrate insights from Western psychology, sociology, and somatic practices to offer a well-rounded, holistic approach to wellness. Whether you're navigating emotional shifts, recovering from illness, or simply seeking inner balance, Finding Flow provides a gentle and personalised path back to your body, breath, and authentic self.

At the heart of Finding Flow Yoga is a gentle, empowering approach to learning—one rooted in compassion, curiosity, and connection. This is not a practice about how you look, but how you feel.
Having once been made to feel unwelcome in a yoga class myself, I vowed that no one should ever experience that kind of judgment on their journey. That’s why Finding Flow is a space where all bodies, all experiences, and all emotions are held with respect and care.
In each session—whether 1:1 or in a group—you are invited to listen inward and honour your body as it is, today. We explore movement, breathwork, and mindfulness not as rigid routines, but as tools to gently reconnect with the present moment. There’s no "right way" here—only your way. Come as you are. Leave feeling more like yourself.

We organised a private yoga session on the beach with Tara.
